OUR HISTORY

Donnie Parkinson started the company in 2007. The Company had great success until his passing in 2014. Current owner, Heath Hicks came to Avco to ensure the success of the company continued. Before his passing, Donnie said, “I want someone that can keep the company open”. Not long after that Heath purchased the company from widowed wife, Sharon Parkinson. The following 12 months after Heath bought the company, it grew 400% and the following year grew 300%! Our team is now up to 40+ members in the office 70+ members in the field. The team continues to strive to become the leaders in the industry.

OUR HEART

Our mission at Avco roofing is to protect homes, strengthen families and build community. The heart behind our Avco Gives Back Campaign is to connect our customers to a larger community of charities and their work. We have committed to giving a portion of our revenue on behalf of each customer to forge relationships between each customer and the charity they choose. We believe building these long-term relationships will impact the families in East Texas and multiply beyond anything we could accomplish on our own.
