We inspect for storm-damaged roofing materials.

We inspect seals on shingles / lifting or loose roofing materials.

Is there granule loss? Are there brittle, curled or deteriorating materials?

We look at valleys: proper overlay, cracking, deteriorating and debris

Are there exposed nails or other exposed fasteners?

We check seals on any satellites, A/C, etc.

We check seals on storm collars, lead pipe fittings and vents.

Is there correct water flow and roof drainage?

We inspect roof to wall flashings and/or para wall caps.

We inspect chimney and/or skylight flashings

Is there proper roofing overhang at all gutter and eaves?

We inspect gutters and downspouts for blockage.

We measure and calculate for proper attic ventilation.

We inspect for soft, loose or water damage decking.

We inspect all attic vents from holes, cracks or blockage.

We inspect soffit and fascia for water drainage and/or issues.

How quickly can the roof be repaired/replaced?
Replacement depends on the season and scale of the project typically 4-6 wks from start to finish.
How much do repairs cost?
The investment depends on the size and steepness of the roof. Your free, no obligation, 16-point inspection will provide the information needed to determine the price.
Are you certified and insured?
We are fully insured, licensed and certified.
If you guys do the inspection, do I have to use you for repairs/replacement?
No, you do not need to use us, but a different contractor will want to do their own inspection.
What areas do you guys serve?

We serve North Texas and East Texas from our Tyler, Longview, Sulphur Springs, and Dallas offices. From our Tulsa office, we serve Northeast Oklahoma. And from our Shreveport office, we serve Northwest Louisiana.
